Obligations

As your club is a member of an incorporated body, you have the obligation to determine and direct the recreational, cultural, and social policies in your community.

You are requested to participate in the affairs of the Deep River Community Association by attending the Annual General Meeting, nominating your members for election to the Board of Director (one-year term), and by contributing the services of your club as appropriate in local events.

As an incorporated body, it is mandatory that the DRCA carry at all times an up-to-date listing of the clubs' current contact information. Changes in information should be communicated to the DRCA secretary immediately.

Payment of the annual membership fee, currently $40.00.

Withdrawal - Should your club choose to withdraw its membership, it is to notify the DRCA in writing of this decision..
