BECOME A MEMBER
Interested clubs and organizations are welcome to apply to become a member of the DRCA at any time. After submitting the required information, the Board of Directors will vote to approve membership on a provisional basis. Final approval is made by a vote of the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
There is an annual membership fee of $40.00.
Required information is:

Submission of the club/organization's constitution whose "objects [are] consistent with the corporation" as per Article III of the By-Laws of the DRCA. A guide to developing a constitution is below.

Proof of liability insurance. This may be purchased through the provider of the club/organization's choice or through the DRCA's group insurance policy.
To assist you, a guide is provided below. Included are guidelines to create a constitution if your organization does not have one yet.
