The North Renfrew Snowmobile Association (NRSA) is a non-profit organization run solely by non-paid volunteers. Trail system consist of 144 kilometers of signed and groomed trails. The NRSA has 1 groomer & drag and over 30 active club volunteer members.

In 2016 the NRSA celebrated 40 Years of local organizational leadership with the Ontario Federation Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC).

The North Renfrew Snowmobile Association was formed in 1975 to coordinate & establish a trail grooming group. In 1975 The NRSA consisted of 4 clubs:

Westend Snow Trackers (Deep River) with a membership of 40-45 family members

Laurentian Sno Gilders (Deep River) with a membership of 40-45 family members
-
Valley Snow Travellers (Deep River) with a membership of 70-80 family members
-
Chalk River Snowdrifters (Chalk River) with a membership of 40-45 family members.

In 1976 the Wilderness Snow Travellers (Head Clara & Maria area) joined the NRSA with a membership of 12, but through time left the NRSA and were replaced by the Missing Link Snowmobile Club which today is a member of the OFSC.
